Cancellation Policy
- All Stylists are self-employed and manage their own diaries.
- A patch test and consultation are required for all new colour appointments.
- A non-refundable deposit/booking fee must be paid to secure your session.
- This payment will be deducted from your service price on the day of your appointment or welcome to secure your next appointment.
Cancellation Policy
- Please give your stylist as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel or change your appointment.
- If your stylist is unable to fill your session time you will lose your deposit to contribute to loss of earnings.
- Last minute cancellations and no shows will result in the loss of your deposit.
- Thank you for respecting your stylist's time and work.
