Please note: We have a strict no children policy.
To maintain a calm, professional, and safe environment for all clients and staff, children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the salon. We appreciate your understanding.
To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of both our guests and team, we have a few key policies in place. We kindly ask that you read through the following before booking your appointment.
Booking & Deposits
All of our stylists are self-employed and manage their own schedules.
A consultation and patch test are required for all new colour clients — this ensures the best results and your safety.
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required and must be paid within 24 hours of booking.
Failure to pay your deposit within this time will result in the appointment being released.
Deposits are deducted from the final balance on the day or can be used to secure your next visit.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Life happens — but please give your stylist as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If your stylist is unable to refill the reserved time, your deposit will be retained to help cover lost earnings.
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for your stylist’s time and work.
Salon Etiquette & Safety
We ask that you arrive on time to help us manage the flow of clients and maintain a calm, uncrowded atmosphere.
Please attend your appointment alone where possible. This ensures a relaxing experience for everyone and allows our stylists to work safely and without distraction.
Refusal to attend unaccompanied may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
