Appointment Procedure

To ensure the well-being of our clients & salon team we still have some requirements following the change of restrictions from 19th July 2021. 

Upon booking you will be asked to pay a deposit to secure your appointment. 

A non-refundable deposit must be paid within 24 hours, failure to do so will result in losing your reservation.

If you are feeling unwell & showing COVID-19 symptoms you must inform us ASAP & please do not attend your appointment.

Please arrive at your allocated time to reduce unnecessary crowding.

Please attend your appointment alone if possible. This unfortunately means no children; we understand this may be difficult for some of our clients, but thank you for understanding. Our aim is to have a relaxing environment, keeping capacity to a minimum.

Refusal to attend your appointment unaccompanied may result in cancellation & you will lose your deposit.

Upon arrival you will have the freedom to choose if you'd like to wear your mask. Please keep in mind that all of our Stylists are self-employed & need to reduce the risk of having to isolate, therefore we may be wearing our masks during close contact.

We have sanitisation stations for you to use & our dividers will still be in use to help you feel at ease.

Our main priority is keeping everyone safe within the guidelines, whilst keeping the salon able to run.
